Crane Arm:
This was used on a dual-pilot robot designed to perform multiple tasks required by competition regulations
Caster Wheel:
A caster wheel, used for bomb carts in the military, was given and I used it to practice my abilities to 3D model
CNC Marker Rig:
This rig was a modified design to be used on a CNC Machine. The use of the assembly is to connect a marker to draw with instead of a bit. The use is to mark out projects or simply to draw complex designs.
Crane arm (Idea 1):
The idea behind this arm was to use as little servos as possible. The design used various parallel mechanisms to achieve the desired output along with several global variables needing to be adjusted as modifications came along.
*This model was based on a VEX Robotics crane. Measurements and multiple parts were modified from the original design*
Claw for TSA Robot:
For the TSA Robot mentioned in the projects page, I designed a claw for a linear slide that is to use only 1 servo. The servo only has 100 deg of rotation, so the claw was designed for the driver gear to have a ROM of 90 deg.
